Sport Huancayo - Cesar Vallejo

Peru Primera Division, Descentralizado

This bet is based mostly on statistical results, but the recent matches and the odds also have a heavy word in it. Sport Huancayo made a very good start of the season, winning both their home games (they play at high altitude), and they also pushed aside their status of poor travelers by beating Universitario in Lima, a tough place for anybody to win, regardless of the host's situation. Away, they have lost at Jose Galvez and Garcilaso, who are currently sitting in the table on the 5th and 2nd places respectively. Cesar Vallejo also had some good results at home, with 2 wins, however, their away form was less than average, losing at Cajamarca and Universitario, while also drawing at Jose Galvez. And only the match against Cajamarca has been played at altitude. And while it is a well known fact that lowland teams struggle on 'higher ground', Cesar Vallejo's form is quite alarming, as in the last few years they were not able to win at Cienciano or Leon. And if we look at their matches with Huancayo, today's hosts have won all of their last 5 mutual matches (since 2009), and they rarely have such sweet odds. So a bet on the -0.25 available is a must-try. GL!

Huancayo (-0.25 AH) @ 1.94, 3/10
Result: 1-1, HALF-LOST
